Our Approach

1. Organize Search

We often work side-by-side with company’s internal recruiters or their other talent search firms to organize the same search. Our approach starts with first understanding the job requirements and understanding company culture. post job opening at multiple sites, our team of recruiters reach out to our candidates’ network and run the search queries in our talent acquisition platform. Candidates are short-listed from all sources.

2. Screen Candidates

Our screening and internal interview process is not conducted by recruiters only but is conducted by SMEs (subject matter experts) who have technical experience working in similar industries. This has helped provide clients with more suitable candidates.

3. Facilitate Interviews

After thorough evaluation, the sort-listed candidates are referred to clients. We assist to facilitate candidates’ interviews and gather and convey post interviews feedback to both parties, and help facilitate the discussions on engaging the candidate if there is a fit. 

4. Close Search & Post Transaction

Once client finalize candidate, we close the search appropriately. Our job does not end there. We continue to touch base with the client and candidate both for up to 3 months to ensure their satisfaction.
